This was the statement that back in 2003 sparked the idea that would become PagePulse.

Most organisation do not have a reliable view of customer experience when using digital channels. While nearly all organisation have various forms of monitoring deployed, from low level server / router to application transaction monitoring, they often have stale configuration or worse yet are switched off. While monitoring individual components has benefit it doesn’t tell the true story of customer experience.
